Welcome to the Rescue on Everest Challenge Media Room. This area on our site is specifically set up for journalists, publishers, stakeholders and supporters to assist us in getting the message out there.
All press releases and other information on this part of the site are absolutely free and will be made available to anyone who is interested in publishing a story in their publications, websites, news programmes or add a link to their site to help us reach as many people as possible.
The only reason why we would like you to register first, is to ensure that we know about you, and that we can see what you have published. As a Charitable Trust, it is important for us to be able to prove to our sponsors and donors that we reach a lot of people, and with your help the numbers will grow daily.
If your publication does not have a website, but you do decide to publish something for us, we would appreciate it if you would send us a hard copy of the story and add us to your subscription list.

We would like to think that this Media Room will ultimately become a meeting place for Media from all over the world who show interest in what we are trying to do.
We give you our commitment that we would keep you informed with photographs and regular updates, as well as setting up interviews, site visits and anything which you might need to communicate to your audience if you become a Registered Media Member of the Everest Rescue Challenge.
The Trust is planning to set up a media centre in Kathmandu in early 2008, as well as a media launch in the South Island of New Zealand during the testing period of the Alpine Wasp.
